Series Review: Wicked by Piper Lawson

I read this series by Piper Lawson last year and really enjoyed it. The first book in this series is Good Girl. It is a dual perspective story following Haley and Jax. Haley is a college student who loves music and coding. She applies for an internship with a record company, called Wicked, to learn about producing music and what happens on tour. Jax is a very famous rock star. Due to interesting circumstances Haley ends up working on Jax's current tour. They don't have a great first meeting and don't know what to make of each other. But throughout the tour they start to connect and share their difficult histories.

This is a cute slow burn romance that takes place in the music industry. Haley is a strong and ambitious character who doesn't take shit from anyone. She works hard and I found her to be a very relatable character. Jax is also a great love interest. I loved the dynamic of their relationship.

These books are very fast-paced and fairly short so you can read through them quickly.

This series takes place before Piper Lawson's Rivals series.
