I Wrote a Book!

Last year I finished co-writing a book with my mom about the disappearance of her aunt in 1968. In 2020 we finally got answers that my mom had been searching and hoping for.

When my mom came to me with the idea of writing a book I volunteered to help since I have a degree in English and have lots of experience with writing. Though, this was my first venture into writing a true crime memoir.

Plus, I have always dreamed of being a published author.

The story takes place over 50 years and explores the reality of what can happen to women. I want to give a clear warning that this book has graphic content. We wanted to be honest and not shy away from the truth and so I will give content warnings for extreme violence and sexual assault.

This story is to pay tribute to my great-aunt and for all of the things that she lost and missed out on.
